The self-contained coated back paper function is the same as a Thermal paper but it needs additional layers of coating on the back release on the middle sheet and bottom sheet. Self POS paper had both ink and clay on the same side of the paper and this reaction takes place a single layer when you writing on paper. This is the only reason for coated can be combined with uncoated standard paper as the upper page. It provides a clear, sharp, and dark bold print out the image.
